Educating our consumers on the capabilities and limitations for food colors in market specific applications tends to be a very difficult task. That’s where Christi Boxx comes in. After spending two years in the confection segment at Sensient’s St. Louis headquarters, Christi headed to Singapore for 2 years to serve the food color needs of North and Southeast Asia. Now back in the United States, Christi is sharing the knowledge she gained working with both synthetic and natural colors across all confection categories.
