Regulatory with Roland

As anyone working in the global food and beverage marketplace can tell you, following—let alone complying with—an ever-increasing, ever-changing series of national, international, and regional health and safety regulations can be quite a challenge. Roland Beck is Sensient’s Managing Director responsible for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has 25 years experience of the international food industry. With a degree in Food & Biotechnology and a PhD in Biochemistry, he is also the author of over 70 publications and has a deep understanding of the world of food colour and its applications.
