Closing the gap between synthetic FD&C colours and those from natural sources is a key strategic priority for all of us at Sensient. Last month, at the IFT Annual Expo in Chicago, I had the distinct pleasure of sitting down with Mary Ellen Kuhn, Executive Editor and Assistant Director of Publications at Food Technology Magazine, to discuss the trend towards natural colours overall and our new SupraRed™ natural colour technology.
