Educating our consumers on the capabilities and limitations for food colors in market specific applications tends to be a very difficult task. That’s where Christi Simon comes in. After spending two years in the confection and pet food segment at Sensient’s St. Louis headquarters, Christi is now based out of Singapore, serving the food color needs of North and Southeast Asia. Christi has extensive experience working with both synthetic and natural colors for all market segments and recently represented the International Association of Color Manufacturers in Hanoi and Jakarta.
